How long will my Invisaligner treatment take?
Express cases finish within 3–6 months. Comprehensive cases average 12–18 months with scheduled refinements if mid-course adjustments are needed.
Will I need attachments or elastics?
Most comprehensive plans use tooth-coloured attachments for grip. Elastics are prescribed for bite correction and we provide templates plus reminders inside our app.
Are refinements chargeable?
Two refinement rounds are included in Noble Aligners. Additional refinements require only material costs as diagnostics stay valid for 12 months.
What happens after treatment?
We provide removable retainers, optional bonded retainers and yearly reviews. Retention is crucial — expect night wear for at least 12 months, then alternate nights.
